New Documents Tab in agile Quote!

A new Documents tab has been added in the agile Quote application. You are now able to upload documents directly to the Quote through the new Documents tab!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Uploading documents in Quotes works exactly the same as Project Container, Order Management, Payments and Invoices. Click on the  Documents tab and follow the existing process for uploading a file.

WHAT ELSE IS NEW?

  • As an added benefit documents uploaded to the quote will be visible across all quote versions of the quote. You will not have to upload an item to each version of the quote.
  • You also have the ability to share documents with your Quote department during the quote review process. Simply click on the “Share with Rep” flag on any uploaded file.
