More Enhancements to Submittals!

We are pleased to provide some new features to the Submittals functionality of agile including the ability to:

• Email a LINK to the submittal package vs sending the large PDF
• Pull in contacts from the project for purposes of personalizing the cover page and emailing the submittal package link
• Include a “Submission Type” on the cover page
• Indicate on the cover page who from your agency is the contact for the submittal package
• Insert blank pages to keep spec sheets printing properly when duplex printing the submittal package
• Easily set preferences on the newly organized preference screen
• Customize the Cover Page from a new Cover Page Tab
• Override preferences on a single submittal from a new Generate Submittal Tab

REORGANIZED PREFERENCES SCREEN

• Easily set preferences on the newly organized preference screen.
• Two new preferences have been added.  You can now elect to hide descriptions on the Bill of Material Page and you can choose to insert blank pages for duplex printing such that the spec sheet front and back prints together.

 

NEW COVER PAGE TAB

• Customize the Cover Page from a new Cover Page Tab
• Pull in contacts from the project for purposes of personalizing the cover page and emailing the submittal package link
