Changes to Agency Support
Beginning November 10, 2014 we will change our phone support hours to 8:30 – 5:30 p.m. EST. We are also upgrading our systems and implementing a new web-based support ticketing system, which you can use anytime.
As soon as you have access, we encourage you to begin using the new ticketing system. This will also allow you better track your support issues and resolutions.

Information on Ticketing System
The home page will include support documents for common fixes to issues (IE settings, web support tools, etc). The ticket information has been streamlined and you only need an internet connection.
Soon, you will be receiving and email from Agency Support with a link to creating your Zendesk account and password. If you need access, please send an email to agencysupport@acuitybrands.com for us to create your account.

Once logged in, you can enter key words into the search box to or click Submit a Request to create a support ticket. You can also click the My Activities button to see the status of previously entered support tickets.
