The Submittal Generator has a new look and is loaded with new enhancements.  After months of beta testing by our pilot agencies and their helpful suggestions, we are excited and ready to deploy the new and improved Submittal Generator to the rest of the world!

Copy and New Line Functions

• Now when copying a line, the line will be placed directly beneath the line to be copied.
• If there is a document attached it will also make a copy of that document as well.

• From your current location on the grid, you can add a new line instead of always adding it at the end of the grid row.

Upgrades for the Edit Page

• Line Notes are now on the Edit page. You will no longer of have to go back and forth to see the notes on the grid while editing the document.

• A <Next> and <Previous> functions have been added to scroll through the grid lines while on the edit page for those lines that have a document attached.  No more back and forth to the grid to edit your lines, simply flip to the next line with a click of the mouse.

Source Number on Submittal Dash Board

The source document number and type have been added to the Submittal dashboard for easy reference.

 

Easier access to the Package Submittal Setup Tools

The package setting are now located on the Main Menu and categorized by tabs to quickly change the settings of the submittal package.

 

New Document upload feature

From the <Upload Document>, and clicking the <Select a PDF file> button you can enter the URL of the PDF from the internet into Window Explorer.  This will load the PDF document directly into the Submittal Generator instead of downloading to your local drive or file share.
