Acuity Product Configurator now integrated with Order Management and Submittal Generator

The Acuity Product Configurator can now be accessed from a hold order in Order Management or be used to create a submittal in Submittal Generator.  To see how follow the steps below:

Integration with Order Management

• Open a hold order
• Select lines on the order to configure by clicking on the box next to the line
• Click on the APC Configure button

• Valid lines will be loaded into the Product Basket.
• After the lines are configured click on the Send to agile button to return lines to the hold order.

Integration with Submittal Generator

• Add lines to the Product Basket within the Configurator.
• Click on the Send to agile button.

• Create a new Submittal or add to an existing Submittal.  Click OK.

• To print the Submittal package with linear layouts generated in the Configurator, click on the Package Settings.

• Click on the Bill of Material tab and select Configurator Layout and then click Save.  

• When the Submittal package is generated the Configurations page containing Linear layouts will now print.
