Submittal Generator Updates

A new version of the Submittal Generator has been released.  A number of small issues have been addressed.

Below are the main functionality improvements included in this release:

• Added a preference to optionally print the agency contact name. Under the package settings on the “Cover Page” tab, the “Show Contact Name” can turn on visibility of the agency contact name.

  

• You can also now elect to show or hide the company contact’s name on the cover page of a submittal.  Leaving the box below unchecked will hide the company contacts on the submittal cover page.

  

  

• The submittal email now includes the source number from the quote, order, or schedule.
• The “Submittal Job” name field has been disabled so that it will never differ from the job name on the Project Container. If you want to change the job name you will need to do so on the Project Container.
• Modifications have been made to improve the speed of loading, copying, and deleting on large submittals.
• The “BBC me” field for the email submittal can now be unchecked. Before this defaulted and could not be changed.  Please remember that this only applies if the “Email Each Contact Separately” delivery option is selected.

• A red box is shown on the quantity column to denote when the line quantity is zero, like in quotes.
• When a submittal is saved, a toast message will display letting the user know that it has been saved. If no changes have been made a different toast will be displayed.
