New Package Download option!

This is an alternate option to the Preview Package, which is still available. The new Package Download option provides a quicker way to view the Submittal Package.

The Package Download option for Submittals will download the package immediately and can then be opened in the PDF viewer of your choice. This also updates the PDF link on the Submittal Generator Dashboard.

Package Download option on bottom toolbar.

A dialog box will appear with the Package Link and ability to Update the Status.

The Package Link also appears on the bottom toolbar.

We are pleased to provide some new features to the Submittals functionality of agile including the ability to:

  • Email a LINK to the submittal package vs sending the large PDF
  • Pull in contacts from the project for purposes of personalizing the cover page and emailing the submittal package link
  • Include a “Submission Type” on the cover page
  • Indicate on the cover page who from your agency is the contact for the submittal package
  • Insert blank pages to keep spec sheets printing properly when duplex printing the submittal package
