Submittal Generator Editor Updates (2/12/25)

Our new editor is live. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work through a few items. Our new editor is essential and will ensure better performance and mitigate any security concerns. Our previous editor was significantly outdated and no longer supported.

Here are our most recent updates:

We deployed the fix for errors generating packages due to system timeout on Monday 2/10.

We deployed the fix for server-side error occurring with finding spec sheets this morning!

Previously Marked-Up Spec Sheets We are currently developing a new feature to reset previously marked-up documents. Due to the outdated nature of the previous editor, existing markups cannot be edited in the new editor. We are working on an alternative solution to include a reset button that will remove all previous markups. This will eliminate the need to clear and reuploaded the document. We are currently testing and our changes for deployment this week.

Multiple Annotations We are actively addressing this issue. As a work around, you can copy and paste (Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V). We are currently testing and our changes for deployment this week.

Marked Acuity Documents Not Being Shown In Search Results We are actively addressing this issue.

Project Contacts Not Included On Submittal Package We are aware of this issues. This occurs sporadically and does not affect all users. We are actively addressing this issue.

Error While Saving New Line We are aware of this issue. This occurs sporadically and does not affect all users.

Error When Loading Favorite Documents We are aware of this issues. This occurs sporadically and does not affect all users.

Highlight We are working on updates to enhance the highlighting functionality to be easier to use and less sensitive.
