Refresh And Edit: Clear Previous Marked-Up Documents

Due to the outdated nature of the previous editor, existing markups cannot be edited in the new editor (markups made prior to 2/5). We have released a solution that will remove all previous markups. This will eliminate the need to clear and re-upload the document. 

After opening your document, choose the “Replace with Unedited” option. A confirmation popup will appear. Confirming this will clear your document of markups.

*To note the replace with unedited option will only be enabled for documents edited before 2/5.

This error occurred intermittently and did not impact all users. See the example error message below.
