agile Blog Comment Policy

Comments are welcome and encouraged!  You can submit comments via the agile Blog 24/7.

Comments are NOT anonymous. Your name and agency will be published along with your comments.  We do collect your email address in case we need to contact you, but it will remain private and will not be published.

All comments submitted will be reviewed and, in most cases, posted the next business day after submission if the comment adheres to the Comment Guidelines and Rules of Etiquette (see below).  The agile team reserves the right to NOT post comments if they do not fall within the Comment Guidelines or Rules of Etiquette.

Comment Guidelines

Make sure you read the entire blog post before commenting. Comments will not be edited, so make sure you’re conscious of spelling and grammar!

Comments should:

  • Stay on topic (i.e. comments should be related to the specific blog you are commenting on)
  • Be polite and respectful
  • Avoid redundancy and be concise
  • Add value to the post or discussion
  • Not be submitted more than once
  • Not contain support issues (if you are having trouble and need support, submit a support ticket)

Rules of Etiquette

We will not post comments that:

  • Contain profanity or vulgar/abusive language
  • Reference Acuity employees by name or agency
  • Personally attack an individual or group
  • Are clearly “off topic”, spam, or contain support related issues
  • Make unsupported accusations
  • Contain copyrighted material
  • Reference other agency tools by name
  • Contain links to other websites
