Introducing…Price History!!
Price History is now available!
We are pleased to announce the availability of agile Price History for ABL and Non-ABL products entered in agile. Price History is available in agile Quotes and as a standalone application. With the addition of this powerful tool you now have the ability to view a two-year historical list of approved prices that your agency has provided to customers. Not only does price history provide you historical pricing information but it can also be used to view product history thus allowing you to find projects or orders for specific products. For more details on Price History please see below.
Price History allows you to view a historic list of prices you have provided your customers for a given product. Price history can be invoked from:
– the price box when entering an item
–or from the gear drop down on the line item of a quote
A list of prices for the items that have been quoted to the customers associated to the quote will be displayed. You can click on the Expand Header menu option to apply additional filters to the list.
The Price History application is also available if you wish to pull up price history on a specific item independently. The Price History application is located under the Quote menu option. Click on Launch Price History to enter the item you wish to view. You can also enter other criteria to further filter the list.
ADDITONAL NOTES:
- Only pricing from the Active quote version will be displayed
- Once a quote is converted to an order only the order pricing will be displayed
