New agile Project-Quote Reports!
In an effort to continue to provide reporting to help agents track Project and Quote activity we have deployed four new Project-Quote reports.
- Quote Hit Rate
- Overage Quote Report
- Project-Quote By Customer
- QuickQuote Report
What type of information do these reports provide?
- Quote Hit Rate– provides a consolidated view of the quote hit rate over a specified time period, by quote size. As with the existing Project Quote report, you can filter the report by criteria such as $ Value, MFG, Company, Quote Entered By, etc.
The first question you may be asking is “How is hit rate being calculated?”
The hit rate calculation is based on the status of the active quote in Project Container. See the formula below:
Hit Rate Formula = # of active quotes with a status of Won or Completed ÷# of active quotes with a status of Open, Lost, Won or Completed.
- Overage Quote Report -provides visibility of all quotes that contain an overage that were entered over a specified period of time . This includes ABL and non-ABL quotes.
- Project-Quote By Customer -provides visibility of all projects and quotes entered for a given Company Type/Company over a specified period of time. Similar to the existing Project-Quote report you can filter the report by criteria such as MFG, Company Type, Company, Follow-up Salesperson, etc.
- Quick Quote Report -provides visibility of all quick quotes that were entered over a specified period of time. The report includes job name, quote amount, and quote person. This includes ABL and non-ABL quotes.
