Ditto Functionality

The “Ditto” functionality enables faster line entry when entering similar products on a quote. It allows users to copy the cell value directly above the current cell by using the “Ditto” button on the Lines tab menu or the keyboard short cut “Alt + K”. 

Fixture Type Auto-Copy

Another frequently requested feature included in this release is the “Fixture Type Auto-Copy” functionality. This feature will allow you to quickly copy lines when it’s necessary to put the same Fixture Type on a quote multiple times (for example Floor 1 grouping, Floor 2 grouping, etc…).

After entering the Fixture Type on a line, the system will verify if it has already been entered on the quote. If that Fixture Type is found on the quote you will be asked if you want to copy the information from the existing line with that same Fixture Type.

**Please note that in situations where you have used the same Fixture Type for multiple lines this feature will copy the first instance of that Fixture Type.

Additional Enhancements

• The Quote tool will now pull the default “Overage Split” % when entering Overage for any Non-ABL Manufacturer that you have entered in Contact Management. This value can be setup on the “Rep Specific” tab for the Non-ABL Manufacturer.
• Rep Copy printout
  • The “Manufacturer Totals” section will now show the ABL Division breakdown.

• Companies associated to the project will now show at the bottom of the Rep Copy Printout in the “Associated Companies” section.

Bugs fixed in this release

• Print Dialog:
  • Fixed: Contacts in the “To:” section were not clearing out correctly when switching the “Quoted To:”
• Printouts
  • Fixed: Special characters in a Non-ABL Manufacturer’s Name could cause the “Manufacturer Totals” section to not print correctly.
  • Fixed: “ALT” lines were incorrectly being included on the Manufacturer Breakouts printout.
  • Fixed: Manf column size too small on the Rep Copy. Manufactures with short names up to 6 characters wrap.
