agile Quote Enhancements…

A new version of agile Quote (1.9.21.0) has been deployed to production. This release includes the following major items:

• Save as New Version:A new Save option allowing you to create a new version of the quote based off your current unsaved changes.
• Print Price Override: A new Price Override flag has been added that allows you to force a line to print unit pricing even on Lump Sum printouts.
• Spread to Selected Lines: The Spread button will now spread to selected lines instead of all lines.

SAVE AS NEW VERSION

• A new Save option is now available.  “Save As New” will allow you to create a new version of the quote with your current unsaved changes while leaving the original version as it was when opened. This should help alleviate situations where users realize after the fact that they should have created a new version after making significant changes to a quote version.

PRINT PRICE OVERRIDE

• The Print Price Override functionality added in this release will give you the option to flag a product (or multiple products) to always show unit pricing on a printout, even if the printout is set to print Lump Sum. To use the Print Price Override functionality you will need to add the “Price Ovr” column to your Layout. Please see the “Other Lines Grid Functions: Layout” section (pages 61 to 65) of the Agency User Guide for details on how to add a new column to a custom Layout.

SPREAD TO SELECTED LINES

• Due to numerous Rep requests, we have changed the Spread button to only spread to the currently selected lines. This change will make it easier to set pricing across a group of products. If you need to spread money across the entire quote you will need to first click the “Select All” box and use the Spread functionality.
