New Quote Items!

A new version of agile Quotes is available this morning. It includes two nice enhancements:

  • The addition of screen totals in the Quote header
  • New option for default price point

Additional Screen Totals in the Quote Header!

  • agile quotes now has additional screen totals in the quote header.  The totals displayed are Extended Unit, Extended Total Unit, and up to 3 Factor Columns.  These totals are calculated and adjusted as you type.  Just updated the quantity or added overage to a line? Your totals will update automatically! These totals will appear in the upper right hand corner of the quote header when the screen width is large enough to display the data.  If your totals aren’t displaying simply click and drag the edge of the quote screen until they display.

Default Price Point Preference – Lowest Authorized

  • There is a new Default price point  available for you to select on your Quote preferences dialog. The new option for “Lowest Authorized” will now consider both Agency and Customer Standing Quotes when pulling in your initial price for an item. Please consider how your Agency uses Agency and Customer Standing quotes before selecting this option to determine if this preference is right for your Agency.
