New Reports are available!!

We have developed some new reports to help with agency management:

  • Distributor Sales – ABL only (Sales folder)
  • Commissions Received by Contractor / Specifier (Compensation folder)
  • Year To Date Order Performance – by Month (Executive folder)
  • Orders by Salesperson (Executive folder)
  • Orders by Job Name (Executive folder)

…and made some improvement to existing reports!

NEW REPORTS

Distributor Sales – ABL only (Sales folder)

This report will show you by Distributor a breakdown of job and stock business with a year over year comparison.  You can also add a value stream to see the product that is being purchased by the distributor.

Commissions Received by Contractor / Specifier (Compensation folder)

This report will show how much commission is associated with your electrical and general contractors, or architects, engineers, lighting designers, etc.

Year To Date Order Performance – by Month (Executive folder)

This report will provide you with some of the most comprehensive analysis on demand.  By manufacturer, value stream or by totals, you will see orders entered by month, compared to the previous year, including commission dollars and percentage.  This report is a must see!

Orders by Salesperson (Executive folder)

This report will show you the orders associated to each agency rep contact, and will include the participation percentage, DSP and commission totals.

Orders by Job Name (Executive folder)

This report will display the job name, DSP and commission totals, and the agency rep contacts that are associated with the order.

 

ENHANCEMENTS TO EXISTING REPORTS

Based on agency feedback we have made the following enhancements:

Invoices by Selected Month has been updated to put the most current month at the top of the list to eliminate scrolling

We added a drop down selection for Value Stream on the following reports for improved filtering:

  • Commissions received by Value Stream
  • Commissions received by Rep Contact and Value Stream
  • Orders Entered by Value Stream – ABL Only

Reporting Updates!!

Earlier this month, we updated the Payment application and Compensation Reporting to accurately represent CIP dollars on split commission orders.

We determined some additional changes were required on the INVOICE BY CUSTOMER and INVOICE BY MANUFACTURER reports to show overage commission dollars. We have corrected these reports so you should now being seeing that information.
