Employee Credit Functionality Enhanced!
The existing Employee Credit process has been improved for easier rep association and maintenance to projects and orders. You now also have access to improved employee credit reporting!
Some of the changes include:
- The ability to manage employee percentages on one screen in Contact Management
- The ability to see and maintenance Employee Credit assignments on the project and all associated hold orders and orders
- The ability to see the individual companies and the rep credit on the Employee Credit tab
- A new Overall Participation Percentage
- The ability to add rep associations to a Quick Quote
- A new Orders by Employee Credit report (coming soon)
- An improved Commissions by Employee Credit report (coming soon)

IT NO LONGER INCLUDES A TOTAL FOR THE EMPLOYEE CREDITS. SOMETIMES YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE PERSON RECEIVING CREDIT AND IT GETS ENTERED WRONG SO DID NOT ADD UP TO 100%. IT WAS A USEFUL DOUBLE CHECK. CAN YOU ADD BACK?
With the new functionality, we have added the Overall Participation percentage field that they system will calculate based on the weighted average of the credit points assigned to each rep contact. While the credit points can exceed 100, the overall participation percentage will not exceed 100%.
