Major Changes to Reports!

We are pleased to announce the introduction of a new report as well as additional functionality to a few existing reports that will provide enhanced detail with less reports to run!

By updating the reports, we are able to remove some of reports from the list, making your selection easier to navigate.

New Report

Yearly Order Performance:  will show you agency performance year over year as well as a comparison by dollar, percentage or both.  You can see the report based on customer, manufacturer or agency rep contact.

Enhanced Reports

Commissions by Employee Credit:  This report has been enhanced to display the new Employee Credit functionality.  You can see employee credits points and percentage as well as the individual customers associated to the paid commissions.

Project Quote:  has been updated to include the Project Quote by Follow up Salesperson and Project Quote by Company detail, and allows you to pick from the additional date range filters

• all project entry
• projects without quotes, project entry date
• projects with quote – version zero date
• projects with quotes – active version date
• projects with quotes – bid date

In the Show Detail selector, you can choose to display Contact Details, Manufacturers and Notes.

Commission Adjustment:  show a summary of DSP and commission amount adjusted on a payment, and a grand total for the time period selected.

Commissions Received:  has been updated to include rep contact and value stream.  This will allow you to see the same detail that you would have with Commissions Received by Rep Contact and Rep Contact and Value Stream.

Invoices: has been updated to include rep drop down.  A previous deployment included the additional filtering for dates, manufacturer and customer to replace the previous four invoice reports.

• Invoice by Customer
• Invoice by selected month
• Invoice by selected range
• Employee credits
• Commissions by rep contact
• Commission by rep contact and value stream
• Project Quote by Follow-up Salesperson
• Project Quote by Company
