Enhancement to the Claim Request Application!
Effective Monday, November 24th, the Agile Claim Request application will include the following Specialty Product Families: Healthcare, Hydrel and Peerless in addition to the current regional support structure. This enhancement is expected to provide faster visibility of required information to process your claim.
Agents will continue to submit claim requests in the same manner by logging into the Agile portal and navigating to the Claim Request application from the Post Sales menu.
They should click New to initiate a claim and enter the required claim request header information.
The Claim Owner selection field has been renamed to Service Team. This is where the agent should pick their Regional Post-Sales service team or accept the default from their previous claim request.
After entering the required header information, the agent should search for the order to add to their claim request. Once the order search returns data, the agent should select the lines to include with their order number.
The product group field is now visible from the order line details and with the Specialty Group Integration enhancement the agent is only allowed to pick one product group for each claim request. An attempt to select order lines with different product groups will result in a warning message.
Once the order line has been selected and added to the claim request, any request for a Specialty Product Group (e.g. Healthcare, Hydrel, and Peerless) will trigger the Service Team field to be overwritten with the name of the Specialty Product Group.
Once the request has been submitted, it will appear on the agent’s dashboard and be routed immediately to the appropriate Service Team group (e.g. Regional Post-Sales or Specialty Product Support Group).

This is not working for our agency. I have claims entered with the product group of Sensor Switch but the Service Team did not change from our regional post sales (Post Sales-WRMDC).
Thank you Maranda for your feedback. The application is working as expected. At this time, the only product groups designated for the override are Healthcare, Hydrel, and Peerless. Sensor Switch will continue to be handled by the Regional Post Sales service team assigned to your agency.
This is not working! The product groups do not seem to see the claim requests.
