Virus Alert
In the past two days we have had several agents reporting they have received emails that look like they are from a credible sender but it is a virus. The subject can vary from “Electronic”, “Quote” or “Document” but the attachment is Invoice32.zip.
If you get this email, DO NOT open it and permanently delete it.
If you have opened it, you need to run a scan using Trend and Malwarebytes. On the main page Zendesk, we have posted work instructions on how to run the scans under Software > Virus/ Malware > Trend and Malwarebytes scan
Once this is done, Microsoft has recommended we update every user’s email password. This is a precaution (your email accounts have not been accessed). Please enter a Zendesk ticket we will update all your user’s passwords.
