Customer & Agent Returns Auto Approval

We are rolling out new changes to the Returns tool. Starting March 25th, 2020, Customer & Agent return requests will be evaluated by the system upon entry and will be auto approved if they are within guidelines.

How does this work?

  • If the Customer or Agent return request is within standard guidelines, then you will receive the following prompt confirming your request has been processed and approved.

  • If your request is not within standard guidelines, then you will receive the following prompt advising your request has been created and pending review by the ABL Customer Care team.

  • If you would like for your ABL Customer Care rep to review you request, please check the “Request Manual Review” box when creating the return and provide your reason in the return line comments.
