COMING WEDNESDAY 2/17/21….ORDER TRACKER FOR DISTRIBUTORS IN ADC!

We hope you have been using the Order Tracker in your daily activity of tracking orders. As you know, the Order Tracker presents a visual representation of the order lines showing where they are in the process. It also provides visual cues of issues with orders/lines that may delay processing along with informing you of late order lines, date changes AND the REASON for the date change.

The Order Tracker will be added to the Acuity Distributor Center on Wednesday 2/17/21.  The Distributors will be able to launch the Order Tracker from order list on the left panel of ADC as shown below, by clicking on the tracker icon.

The tracker will launch in a separate window just like it works for you. The distributor will see much of the same information presented in the Agency version of the Order Tracker.

We hope that you will promote this new feature to your distributors in anticipation it will reduce the questions around order issues, delays and date changes.
