9/22/21 Agile Quotes Deployment
We have deployed a new version of Agile Quotes (1.64.13.0) to Production! This version includes several feature updates, a bug fix for a rare situation, and several behind the scenes optimizations. Please let Agency Support or your AQD Manager know if you have any questions or concerns!
New/Updated Features
Commission $ and % will now show for ABL LOW lines on the Quote.
The ABL Expiration Date will now show in the Quote Client as well as the Dashboard.
In situations where Product Support has updated a MEZ product description, any existing line pricing will now hold on Quote open. In addition, the Quote client will now tell you which MEZ line descriptions were updated. Please note, if the original price is now below the authorized price in the MEZ request you will need resend the quote to the AQD to approve it.
There is a new factor by “Product Group” option in the Apply Factor dialog found in the “Factor $” column gear menu (not the Factor button in the Lines Grid menu). The “Product Group” option will be enabled after selecting “Acuity Brands Lighting” in the “Apply To” drop down.
Agile Quotes now requires you to have a Manufacturer & Division for all product lines (Line Categories REG, LMPS, PART, ASMB, BUY, BLP) before saving.
- If you need a blank line for your quote formatting, please use the “BLNK” Line Category moving forward.
- If you are adding notes for the quote in the Catalog # field of the quote, please use the “NOTE” or “GRP” Line Category moving forward.
The Quote client will now default to opening new windows, for example Spec Sheets, in the Edge browser if it is on your machine.
Bug Fixes
Addressed an issue where deleting a line with Contractor Counts and calling Totals before saving would crash the client.
