Enhancements to OM You Won’t Want to Miss!
You spoke, we listened. Here are some great enhancements we have made to agile OM!
VISUAL QUES AND MESSAGING
We have added some additional audit logging related to CIP on orders. When a change is made to a DSP and the overage is affected, the audit log will now show the DSP change as well as updated CIP Unit $ and CIP Comm $ after the change to the DSP.
When a commission percent field is 0 on an order, it will be colored red to draw attention to the fact that a commission percent has not been entered.
The Order Confirmation now includes a statement that taxes, freight and other fees may apply at the time of billing so that there are no surprises!
In compliance with the the European Union’s requirement for the an Economic Operators Registration and Identification Number (EORI) on the invoice and export documents, OM will now prompt for this required information when an order has a country of destination in Europe.
PRODUCTIVITY IMPROVEMENTS
To avoid system hangs, we have removed the ability to click on column headers on the groups tab for sorting. Sorting on the groups tab can be selected from the Sort dropdown. The lines can be sorted by Estimated Ship Date, Line Number or Fixture Type.
For our corporate users and those agents who have multiple rep numbers, we have provided a type ahead feature on the order search screen to quickly jump to a specific agent. The type ahead will work by typing an agent number or name.
