New Inactive Product Warning in Agile Quotes (9/11/23)

This morning we deployed a new version of Agile Quotes (2.0.315.0). This release includes the following:

  • INA Product Warning
    • In an effort to bring attention to quote lines that have a Product Approval of Inactive (INA), users will now be alerted on Quote Open and Save when such lines exist with the following pop-up:
  • Bug Fixes
    • Addressed an issue that was causing the Quote Client to crash when Quote Approvers attempted to apply pricing to a line after making a Catalog # modification to an earlier line
    • Addressed an issue that was allowing the logged in user to open more than once instance of the same quote
  • Backend Changes
    • Some miscellaneous backend changes were also included, which will not directly impact users

agile Quote Enhancements! Cut & Paste/Excel Printouts

A new version of agile Quote (1.10.15.0) has been deployed to production. This version includes the following enhancements:

  • Cut & Paste: The Cut option has been added allowing you to quickly move multiple lines within a quote or between quotes.
  • Excel Printouts: Printouts can now be Printed and E-mailed as Excel Documents as well as the current PDF option
