New Clear Column Functionality and Mfg-Info Changes in Agile Quotes (11/15/23)
This morning we deployed a new version of Agile Quotes (2.0.342.0). This release includes the following:
- Clear Column
- Addition of a new piece of functionality that allows for the Line Comments and/or the Cust Cmt column to be cleared out either entirely or for the selected lines. It can be launched via the “Clear” button:
- Retain Manufacturing-Related Information on Save
- In an effort to make manufacturing-related information more readily available to our users, now when a quote is saved the following fields will no longer be wiped out:
- Avail
- DS Qty Limit
- DS Reg Lead Time
- Mfg Lead Time
- Qty/Pallet (est)
- Stocking DC
- Total # Pallets (est)
- Please note, due to the nature of these fields, you will still need use the “Revalidate” button or launch the Totals dialog to re-populate the fields after closing and re-opening the quote.
- In an effort to make manufacturing-related information more readily available to our users, now when a quote is saved the following fields will no longer be wiped out:
- Document Upload Update
- Upgraded the Quote Client to the new Documents Upload functionality, which was rolled out to the agile website applications back in July, to remove the dependency on the outdated ActiveX technology.
- Modification Creation Bug Fix
- In the event a bad request returned when a user attempted to create a Modification off a quote line, the MEZ # was inadvertently being assigned an invalid value which had the potential to cause the Quote Client to crash. This fix addresses that.
- Series Search Removal
- Removal of the “Series Search” button from the Quote Client, which was no longer operational.
