New Mfg Lead Time Quote Print Option for ABL Lines (4/3/24)

To make compiling supporting information about quote lines even easier, Mfg Lead Time is now an available print option for ABL lines for both PDF and Excel Quote Printout Formats (including the Items Only Excel)! A future release will expand this to Non-ABL Lines.

Due to the nature of this data, Mfg Lead Time(s) must first be populated in the Lines Grid in order to be translated onto a Quote Printout. The data will automatically populate when a client session has been saved at least once. If the lead time information is not populated in the quote, this will trigger the following pop-up when clicking the Print button:

For those that don’t generally work with this data, there is an ability to opt-out of this check which therefore suppresses the message by selecting the Don’t show this message again option on the pop-up. This turns off the corresponding global user preference, which can be turned back on at any time from the Preferences dialog accessible via the Quote Dashboard:

If the Continue button is clicked on the pop-up, the Print “Mfg Lead Time” option on the Print Quote dialog will be disabled, accompanied by a question mark icon. On hover of the icon, the following tooltip will display:

Please note that this is not available for Holophane quotes.
