Recent ADC Enhancements (5/30/24)

We recently deployed some enhancements that will improve your customer’s experience with ADC:

  • Entry source added to the Order Status tab – When viewing order status, customers will be able to identify how the order was entered – EDI, ADC or Agent.
  • Spec Sheet link in Order Status PDF – The order status PDF now has a hyperlink on the catalog number to the spec sheet so that customers can get more information about the products on their order.
  • Distributor Selector improvements – A search box was added to the Customer dropdown that filters the list by company name, city and customer number which improves the ability to view and switch between customers.

ADC’s My Catalog PDF Issue Has Been Fixed

The issue we reported with generating a PDF catalog from ADC has been resolved.  It was corrected at the end of last week and we have monitored the application to validate the fix.
