Send Agile Quick Quotes to your Customers from Product Search (10/3/2024)
As a reminder, Product Search users with the Agency Quick Quote role can create Agile Quotes and email them directly to customers from within the Product Search application.
Simply create a basket of products by adding them to a cart, then click the Quote button, select your email attributes and click Submit. An Agile Quick Quote is created and is automatically approved for visibility and convert via ADC.
You can even include the product’s availability so that customers can see how much we have on hand.

Pre-Requisite: Under Product Search, the agent user must have the productbrowse_agencyquickquote role
In Product Search, click the Add to Cart icon, enter a Qty and select a Price.
After all products have been added, go to the Cart, select the products and click on the Quote button under Checkout.
On the Quote Confirmation Page, select the options that you want to include, then click Submit. Note: If you have a distributor selected, they will automatically appear in the Customer field.
After Submit, the Agile Quick Quote will be created and will be included in the email sent to the customer.
The Quote will also be visible on the Recent Quotes tab and automatically approved for visibility and convert, making it quick and easy for your customer to place the order via ADC.
The email contains all the information you elected to display.
