Changes to Design Services (12/2/2024)

Starting on December 1st, certain RFA requests will become paid services and will require that an order be placed for the service charge before the RFA will be completed.  

These RFAs will have an informational message at the top of the request and you will be required to check the box to acknowledge that you have been advised of the service charge commission deduction.  Additionally, you will be required to indicate the number of pages you are requesting Design Services.   

After you have received the quote via the Schedule BOM, you will be required to convert the BOM to quote and then place an order.  The order must follow the below guidelines:  

• Use your agency customer number (99xxx9)
• Add the P&I 708 Giving instruction  
• Do not add any other products to the order
