We have made another round of agile Quote enhancements based on your feedback. You can now take advantage of the following new features:

• More flexibility in Factoring with the ability to override a line item factor and ability to apply a factor to select line(s) or a specific manufacturer!
• New subtotal tab in quote totals that shows the Group Header and Subtotal value for extended unit and factor columns
• Printing enhancements including a new option for Manufacturer Breakout Printout to select a single or group of manufacturers for printing and the ability to include internal comments on the Rep copy of a quote

The Commission Incentive Program has been expanded to include Healthcare Lighting®. This enhancement provides you more profit opportunities for your selling efforts, and makes the CIP process much easier for your agency.

CIP continues to pay an attractive 90/10 split. This change is now operational in agile.

We continue to dedicate time and effort into improving agile Quotes. You will be pleased to know we have made enhancements in the following areas:

• Totals Dialog to show freight terms and order minimums by manufacturer

In addition to the Overage changes mentioned in yesterday’s blog, this week’s release of agile Quotes (1.14.6.0) includes:

With the latest release of agile Quote (1.14.6.0) several enhancements to have been made to applying Overage.

• You can now manually enter the final price for a product in the “Total Unit $” field which will then backwards calculate the Overage for you based on the Unit $ you entered.
• The Spread dialog has been completely revamped to allow you spread dollars to either the Unit $ or Overage for ABL and Non ABL lines

A new version of agile Quote (1.10.15.0) has been deployed to production. This version includes the following enhancements:

• Cut & Paste: The Cut option has been added allowing you to quickly move multiple lines within a quote or between quotes.
• Excel Printouts: Printouts can now be Printed and E-mailed as Excel Documents as well as the current PDF option

A new version of agile Quote (1.9.21.0) has been deployed to production. This release includes the following major items:

• Save as New Version: A new Save option allowing you to create a new version of the quote based off your current unsaved changes.
• Print Price Override: A new Price Override flag has been added that allows you to force a line to print unit pricing even on Lump Sum printouts.
• Spread to Selected Lines: The Spread button will now spread to selected lines instead of all lines

A new version of agile Quote (1.7.23.0) has been deployed to production. Major changes in this version include:

• “Fixture Type” Auto-Copy is now controlled by a preference which can be set to “On”, “Prompt” or “Off”
• You now have the option to include Overage when using Factors
• The ability to indicate during the “Submit for Review” process that you want the requested version to be flagged as the “Active” one once the Quote Department review is complete
• Visibility of print history and ABL manufacturer breakouts on Rep Copy of Quote print out
• Several Dashboard improvements recently seen in other agile applications have been added to the agile Quote dashboard
