agile Quotes – More Enhancements and Fixes!
A new version of Agile Quotes (1.4.20.0) has been deployed to Production! This release includes the following changes:
- Integration of P&I 708 Standard Instructions into Agile Quotes
- Cell Highlighting for 0/empty Quantities and Unit $
- Line Comments in the Rep Copy
- CIP fixes for MAP’d lines
WHAT’S NEW?
Factors:
- When you add a new line to a quote with Factors, it will immediately add any associated Factors to the new line.
- When selecting a Manufacturer/Division, the Quotes application will check to see if the applied Factors for the line are eligible. If not, for example the Factor is based off Target Price and it’s a Non-ABL Line, it will clear out the factor for the line.
- In the Print Dialog when selecting the Price Column, the Quote application will now warn you if the selected Factor has lines missing factors. You will need to fix those lines prior to being able to print with that factor.
Quick Copy:
- Line Comments will now be carried over when using the Quick Copy option.
WHAT ISSUES HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED?
Line Reordering:
- Addressed an issue with the grid auto scrolling when trying to reorder a line to the top or bottom of the grid.
Inactive Projects:
- Addressed an issue where Quotes from inactive Projects were showing in the Quotes Dashboard. You will still be able to access them though through the “Open” and “Search” buttons if you need to.
Standard Instructions:
- Addressed an issue where the “P&I 708 Giving-Sample” instruction was forcing the DSP for all lines to 0. The price can now be set as needed and will set itself to $0.00 during the Order activation process.
