agile Order Management – New Features, Fixes and Enhancements

A new version of agile Order Management has been deployed to production!

Highlights of this release include:

• Visibility of Hold Order and Order Total $ on the dashboard
• Ability to export ABL and Non-ABL order lines to Excel
• Ability to export Non-ABL orders to .xml
• Automatic filling in of Mark As from Type
• Addition of new columns in the Non-ABL shipment assignment screen

WHAT’S NEW?

Dashboard:

Now at a glance you can easily see the Total $ of a hold order or order. As with all fields on the dashboard you can move this column and sort by this column.

Export options:

To export ABL or Non-ABL order lines to Excel:

1. Open an existing order in agileOM
2. Click on the Export button in the top toolbar
3. Click Export to Excel and proceed through the download prompts

To export Non-ABL order to .xml format:

1. Open an existing order in agileOM
2. Click on the Export button in the top toolbar
3. Click Export to XML and proceed through the download prompts
4. Make sure you save the .xml file in the C:lbsbin folder if you will be importing the file into any 3^rd party applications

Mark As:

Now as you enter a new line or modify an existing one your entries into the Type field will automatically be displayed in the Mark As field (if blank). When tabbing to the Mark As field you will also notice that the cursor will be at the end of the copied text to allow you to continue entering any Mark As text.

Non-ABL Shipment Assignment:

When assigning lines to a shipment you will now have visibility of Quantity and Type when selecting lines to include in the shipment. Cancelled lines will also be filtered from the view on this screen.
