Contact Management Enhancements and Bug Fix

Now in Contact Management you have the ability to determine which companies are associated to a rep! You can view this data in Contact Management via a search or a data export.

What’s new?

Rep Associations Search – The Search feature allows you to view a list of companies for a specific rep via the Contact Management Dashboard. To perform the search do the following:1. In Contact Management, click the Search button  2. Go to the Search Associated Reps Only section3. Select a user from Associated Reps *ALL will return a list of all the companies with at least 1 rep4. The results will display in the Contact Management dashboard Rep Associations Export – The Export feature allows you to export a list of the reps and their company associations to Microsoft Excel. To perform the export do the following:

	1.In Contact Management, click the Export button
	2.Select Export Rep Associations
	3.Select an entity from Entity Type4. Select one or more users from Associated Reps5. Click Export

What’s fixed?

• You may have encountered scenarios where you saved a company record but you were unable to retrieve it later. Changes were made to prevent this from happening going forward.
