OM Enhancements…

A new version of agile Order Management is now available. Check out these new enhancements and issues addressed

• Visibility of the End Use field on the Hold Order and Order header. For Non-ABL orders End Use field can be modified
• Allow the specifier flag on the Contact tab to transfer over to the Contact tab on the hold order during quote conversion
• Display file description instead of file name when selecting email’s document attachments from the print options screen
• Display the Carrier and Pro # on the project view grid
• Allow shipments with multiple invoices to display the invoice number as “Multi”
• Print Order # on Non-ABL Return Request document
• STAR # will now populate on the hold order when the quote is converted from a project that has a STAR associated
• Allow % Restock and # of Days to Return fields to be set to 0 on Non-ABL Return entry
• Corrected issue that was preventing configured Controls orders from displaying lines in the place order screen
• Corrected issue with new order creation failing from Project Container when project did not have a Region selected
• Corrected rounding issue with non-ABL commission % field

END USE

• The End Use field is now visible from the hold order and order header tab
• ABL order-End Use is determined based on the Sold To and Ship To selected
• Non-ABL order-End Use is initially determined based on the Sold To and Ship To but can be modified by the user

SPECIFIER FLAG

• Specifier flag on Contacts tab will now transfer from the Project to the Hold order during quote convert
