More Bid Board and Project Container enhancements to improve the agile experience!

We have made some enhancements to Bid Board and Project Container that will improve your agile experience! These enhancements include:

  • A Today icon has been added to the Bid Board to easily locate today’s bids
  • Added Next (and Last) 7, 14, 30 and 60 days to Bid Board and Project Container bid date searches
  • Added a Next 60 days view to the grid view in Bid Board
  • The Quote Print History icon is now displayed in Bid Board grid view
  • Added Additional Quote Person field to Project Container
  • Improved Bid Board Performance

Today Icon

The Today icon will display projects for the current day. You can easily get back to today’s projects by clicking the Today icon from anywhere in Bid Board.

From the Grid view – click the Today icon and the grid will filter to today’s bids.

From the Month/Week view – the current day will be highlighted.

Next and Last Search Options

You can now search for projects with bid dates by the Next (and Last) 7, 14, 30 and 60 days. This search can be performed from the Bid Board and Project Container search.9_20_12_4

Next 60 Days in View

In addition, we have added a Next 60 Days view to the Grid view in Bid Board.

Quote Print History Icon

We included the Quote Print history icon on the grid view in Bid Board. This was previously only available when filtered by the Month or Week view.9_20_12_6

Additional Quote Person

There is a new field on the general tab in Project Container named Additional Quote Person. This field can be used to identify an additional quoter on a project, such as your Controls quote person. We included the additional quote person in the agile Standard views and in the searches for Bid Board and Project Container.

The additional quote person will also display on the Bid Board; however the Quote Person Coloring feature only applies to the main quote person.

More Document Enhancements!

In this latest release we have added a new date column to the documents grid called “Upload Date”.  This will display the date and time the file was uploaded into agile.  We are also providing you with the ability to group uploaded documents by the various column headings.  For example you can now group documents so they are displayed according to who they were uploaded by.

Multi-Sub Admin Search Execution Fix in Project Container (3/4/24)

Paging has been added to the Projects grid on the Multiple Subscription Administration dialog to avoid having to limit the number items that can be returned after executing a Source Rep search.
