Presenting Non-ABL Enhancements for OM!

We’ve listened to your feedback on how you would like for the Alt Ship To, Ship To, and Sold To addresses to work for your Non-ABL orders.  With the latest release, we’ve addressed your wishes!  We’ve also tackled an improvement to the multiple line edit feature that we think you’ll appreciate.  Here is a breakdown of the latest enhancements:

  • An “Alternate Ship To” address is now available for Non-ABL hold orders and orders
  • Electrical and general contractor addresses associated to the order are pre-populated in the “Ship To” dropdown
  • The “Sold To” address and electrical and general contractor addresses available in the Alt Ship To dropdown
  • “Copy down” is now available for the Multi-Edit tool for Non-ABL orders

Add Alternate Ship To Address

Now you can enter an Alt Ship To address on your Non-ABL orders.  This Alt Ship To address will transfer from your hold order to your non-ABL order.  Additionally, you can still enter or modify the Alt Ship To address on the order.

Available Ship To Dropdown Addresses

Electrical and general contractors that are assigned as contacts on the order are now pre-populated in the Ship To dropdown as manual addresses.  Please note, the contractor associated to the order must have a complete address listed in Contact Management in order to appear in the Ship To dropdown.

Available Alt Ship To Address

The Sold To address and any addresses for electrical or general contractors associated to the order will now display in the Alt Ship To dropdown.

Multi-Edit Copy Down

You now have the ability to copy a value for a single column and apply it to the rest of the rows in that column.  We call this “copy down”.  This new copy-down feature is available in the new header section of the Multi-Edit tool.  To use this feature, simply enter the value you want to copy down in the header and hit the “Copy Down” icon.  This will apply that value to the other rows in the column.
