More Enhancements to Acuity Distributor Center
We continue to make enhancements to Acuity Distributor Center based on customer feedback. Here are some recent changes you may want to pass along to your customers.
- Better visibility of backordered lines
- Search for orders, invoices or credit memos by date range
- Internet Explorer 10 check with instructions for running ADC with IE10
BETTER VISIBILITY OF BACK ORDERED LINES
When a partial shipment is made on an order line, the amount shipped will appear on one line with a shipped icon. The remaining quantity will appear on a new line along with an unshipped icon and BKO label to indicate the line is a backordered quantity.
SEARCH FOR ORDERS, INVOICES OR CREDIT MEMOS BY DATE RANGE
One of the more popular requests we have gotten is to provide the ability to search for orders, invoices or credit memos by date range. You can now do so by clicking on the calendar icon to enter your date range. The resulting documents will be displayed in the left panel of the page.
You can use this date range search in conjunction with the status filters and/or other search criteria. For example, if you wish to see orders entered in March that have not completely shipped, do a date range search and the click off the fully shipped icon to filter out the fully shipped orders from the list. The results will be all orders that have not completely shipped in the date range specified.
INTERNET EXPLORER 10 CHECK WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO RUN ACUITY DISTRIBUTOR CENTER WITH IE10
LDC/ADC will operate with the IE10 browser however a few steps are required to set the browser to compatibility mode. We will now detect if a user is attempting to run LDC/ADC using IE10. If so, we will check to see if the browser has been set to compatibility mode. If not, we will present instructions on how to configure the browser. If the browser is already configured properly, no instructions will be presented and no action is required. The system will operate as normal.
