Holophane RFD Form Addition

Two new fields will now require your input on the RFD Architectural Outdoor and Functional Outdoor Pole forms.  You will now be required to fill in the Existing Anchor Bolts field and the Top Mounting Requirement field.  This is required information by our Pole vendors and will save RFD processing time by not having to go back to the RFD requester to get this information.

To fill in the Existing Anchor bolts field click on the down arrow and select “Yes” or “No”. 10_16_13_1

To fill in the Top Mounting Requirement click on Add New Requirement. 10_16_13_2

Fill in the appropriate columns and click on the green check10_16_13_3.10_16_13_4

The information will then display in the Top Mounting Requirements box.
