Request for Assistance – Post-Installation Services
You can now request post-installation services on your project’s orders through the Request for Assistance application! This option is available for new requests. You will find both Startup Scheduling and Graphical Interface options under the Post-Installation dropdown in the Request wizard.
Startup scheduling advises your PM that you need a startup scheduled on the date you requested. The ECD listing indicates the scheduling completion date and is not the actual startup date.
The Graphical Interface option informs the design team to develop graphical pages for your project. As-Built drawings are required to be uploaded when requesting graphical interface assistance.
For Post-Installation requests, you will need to specify the orders on your project that need these services.
