Integration of Mark Lighting product on ABL orders

As we continue to grow and develop the Mark Architectural Lighting™ brand, we are happy to announce the following service enhancements. We believe that this will move us one step closer to our collective objective, that Mark Lighting becomes the preeminent Architectural Ambient brand in the industry.

Starting Monday, July 18th agile Order Management will begin to allow for Mark Lighting product to be placed on ABL orders. The first product family to be enabled will be the Recessed Slot LED, which includes the following series:  SL2L, SL4L and SL6L.  We will continue to expand this capability by product family over the coming weeks, eventually eliminating the need for any Mark Lighting product to be placed on non-ABL orders.  We will send regular updates as we enable additional families.

Below are the details on how this transition will occur within the Order Management application.

TODAY WITHIN AGILE ORDER MGMT:

Currently within agile Order Management, Mark Lighting lines are processed under the Acuity Brands Lighting manufacturer up to the point of placing the order from the Groups tab.

When the Groups tab is selected the ABL MARK lines are flipped to the Non-ABL MARK manufacturer. This forces the placement of these lines on a non-ABL order.

NEW on JULY 18th WITHIN AGILE ORDER MGMT:

With the system changes, this limitation will be removed. Now, when you are ready to begin the order placement process from the Groups tab the system will recognize the Mark Lighting products listed above and allow for those to be placed on a standard ABL order.

Once the order is placed you will be able to retrieve the ABL order to view order status and track shipment information just like all other product on ABL orders.
