Clearance Item searching is now available in Product Search!

Have you ever needed a quick and easy way to search for clearance items without having to know the description or cicode? Well, Product Search now offers a solution for you! To take advantage of this new feature simply click on the Clearance Item Search button from the main screen of Product Search.

Once launched you can select to search for clearance items by one or multiple product types and specify the minimum quantity you would like to search for.

• Expanded Results: The results of your search can also be configured to be ‘expanded’, which means you will see the quantity available at each DC. If not selected the quantity available will be a sum of inventory at all DCs.
• Export: If you prefer to see the results of your search exported to a .csv file, which can be viewed in Excel, you can click the Export Results to CSV check box.

  

Once all of your search options are selected click on Search and your data will be returned either to the dashboard or to a .csv file.

To view additional details for a specific product you can click on the Product Catalog Number hyperlink to launch the Product Details. From the detail window you can also see the clearance pricing for the product, in US dollars.

Once you find the clearance products that meet your customer’s needs, proceed with order placement just like you do today!
