Juno Products and Stock Pricing Tool

With the recent Juno integration, we have received feedback that distributors do not see as many stock items priced in the Acuity Distributor Center as were previously seen in Juno Ecommerce.  We have also heard that adding product and managing Juno price lists are not as streamlined as you would like.

To address these issues, we have created a “Recommended Juno Stock List” that can be quickly added to an existing stock price list, or you can create a new one and add these items. This Juno Recommended list contains ~1,100 of the most commonly ordered Juno Stocking products.

Open an existing or new price list and click on the Products tab

Click on the Add Products button

Click on the Search dropdown and select Recommended Juno Stock Products and then click the Search button

Approximately 1,100 items will appear in the search results. If you would like to quickly add all the items, click the box next to the Description to select all items, then click the Add & Close. Or you can individually select the products from the list and click the Add Selected and then Close button.

A message box will appear confirming the items have been added. Click OK

To easily price the new items that have been added, click on Expand All and select Not Priced from the Pricing dropdown then click the Filter button

You can then select all the items by clicking the check mark next to Description and then clicking Factor All (which only factors the items checked) and selecting a Price Point or Formula off a price point. Remember that your Agency’s custom factors can be managed in the “Factor Management” tool in agile under the Administration tab.

Once all lines have been priced, you can click the Submit button to send the price list to the Acuity Quotations Department for approval

The price list will now be in Submitted status until the list is approved and returned

By establishing these Standing Quotes (even if priced higher than Target) more Juno stock items will appear in the Acuity Distributor Center. Don’t worry if you already had an existing standing Quote setup for a Distributor.  The lowest active price will display to the user in Acuity Distributor Center.
