Improvements to order process for Linear products!
Beginning today Agile OM will begin systematically creating a group for each Linear product on the hold order. This system grouping is being done to enable Acuity to palletize these lines based on the linear run which will greatly improve customer satisfaction upon delivery of the product to the job site.
The system grouping will be visible by clicking the Groups tab in Agile OM. The only instances that would not allow the system to create a group would be if there is a Produce and Ship Complete instruction on the order or if the line has been grouped into a manually created group by the user. These linear groups can be overridden by the user by performing the normal ungroup and group functions on the Groups tab.
