Agile Order Management updates!
Beginning on Tuesday 11/28 the below changes will take effect in the Agile OM application:
- Same Day flag will be automatically selected on hold orders containing stock product.
- Prompt during order placement for lines containing Control product(LC&D, Sensor Switch, Synergy, etc) if the color option is currently set to XX in the description
Below are additional details around each of these changes:
Same Day flag will be automatically selected for orders containing stock product
When clicking on the Groups Tab from OM the system will automatically select the Show Same Day flag. This selection will be made by the system on all hold orders that do not contain a Produce and Ship Complete instruction and/or a Do Not Deliver Before date on the header or group. Once the order is placed with Acuity the stock lines will receive a Target and Ship Promise date of today, if the order is place before noon. If the order is placed after noon the Ship Promise date will be for the next business day.
Prompt during order placement for Control product(LC&D, Sensor Switch, Synergy, etc) if the color option is currently set to XX in the description
When placing an order for Control product the system will now prompt the user for a color if the description contains XX. The prompt will allow the user to accept a default color of White(WH) or allow them to cancel out and modify the line’s description for a specific color prior to order placement. This change will prevent the order from receiving an exception due to missing color.
