Acuity Warranty Services is pleased to announce changes to our Labor Approval process and updates to the AGILE Request for Claim (RFC) tool!
Labor
When requesting labor on warranty claims with confirmed defects, we are now able to provide a standard allowable rate for the work to be performed. You will no longer need the Labor Quote form. We will provide a Job Site information form to assess the job and reply with the allowable standard rate. Should the existing on-site contractor be unavailable or does not accept the standard allowable rate, Acuity will provide a contractor to perform the work.
AGILE Post Sales – Request for Claim tool
Your entry screen sequence will change!! New format! Why? You will now be able to enter multiple product groups per order in ONE RFC ENTRY!
In addition, effective May 1, 2018, we extended the expiration for ABL Product Issue Returns from 60 to 120 days.

Monday – 7/30/18
2:30 – 3:00 PM Eastern – Acuity Internal Team
3:30 – 4:00 PM Eastern – Home Center, Showroom, International, other
Tuesday – 7/31/18
2:00 PM – 2:30 PM Eastern – Group 1 – Regions 1,2,8
3:00 PM – 3:30 PM Eastern – Group 2 – Regions 3,4, Canada
4:00 PM – 4:30 PM Eastern – Group 3 – Regions 5,6,7
