Agile OM improvements!
Beginning on April 1st, when entering a new order in Agile OM, a drop down will provide the two options of New Hold order and Convert from Quote. Simply click the option you will like to launch and it will continue to the next related prompt.
Similarly, we updated the Add Line feature on Orders to a drop down to simplify the selection of these options.
In addition to these changes we have also updated the Order Confirmation print out to include a live order status link. This link can be clicked at anytime by the email recipient to view the latest order status info for the order. The link that is included on the email is the same live link that is available from ADC.
