Project Container – New ‘Post Sales’ Tab!
On 09/17/19 we deployed a new version of Project Container with a new “Post Sales” tab. You will now be able to see and open all Warranty Claims, No Charge Orders, and Returns associated to the Project. We are currently evaluating the ability to show warranty related “Bill & Credit” Orders and plan to include those in a future release.
Please note the following:
- This tab will include all Warranty Claims and Returns created from 07/30/19 forward. While some Warranty Claims and Returns entered prior to this date may show, it will be inconsistent. We are evaluating what it will take to back-fill this data but do not currently have an ETA.
- Similar to the current Returns app dashboard, Returns will have a one-day lag in showing new Returns or updated status in the “Post Sales” tab.
