Extended Lead Time System Enhancement for Produce and Ship Complete Orders

Agile OM has been updated for orders being placed with a Produce and Ship Complete instruction applied that also contains lines with lead times greater than 20 days. Prior to this change, when an agent entered a produce and ship complete order containing a line with an extended lead time the system would automatically align items to the longest ship promise date. With this system enhancement, Agile OM will now notify the agent that their produce and ship complete order contains an item with an extended lead time so they can choose how they wish to have the system process their order.

Conditions that must be present on the order to receive the prompt:

• A produce and ship complete is on the header level
• Order contains a non-stock line with a lead time greater than 20 days

Prompt:

Once the user clicks Ok to this prompt, they can then choose to go back and remove the Produce and Ship Complete instruction from the header and then go to the Groups tab to create manual groups based on how they would like the product to ship. The user may also choose to leave it as is and proceed with the items aligning to the longest ship date with produce and ship complete on the header.
