Staged Project option now available in Agile OM
As you work to achieve balance in your business model, many of you have expressed interest in improved reporting so you can more effectively understand true distributor stock vs Staged projects (ship and store). We’ve heard your feedback and in response we’ve made a system change which will allow us to begin building the foundation for future reporting enhancements.
Beginning December 9th, 2019, when entering a hold order and selecting the option “DSO” you will receive the below prompt asking If the Distributor is storing this order at their location for a project:
You can also tag DSO-Staged Project when converting a Hold Order from a quote and setting the ‘Sold To’ and ‘Ship To’ on the order header with the same distributor branch address.
Your selection will allow the system to start tagging DSO orders where applicable and will help lay the groundwork for upcoming system and reporting improvements.
You will be able to see where DSO orders have been tagged as DSO-Staged Project on the order header as shown below. The field will be editable if you need to make any modifications during or post order processing.
